I love fish and chips. I love fish and chips so much I would give my brother away for a years supply of fish and chips. Fish and chips is my favourite food! But how often do I indulge that greasy, tasty, wonderful piece of fish? Frankly once in 3 months. That is the problem. Why is it that the food we love HAS TO BE so bad for us. Why can’t we love food that is healthy? Perhaps it is a sort of mentality or it could be that healthy food does not taste as good as our favourite greasy fat foods but there should be healthy alternates that we would like to have.
